Paragon Products has appointed Jorden Clay as Managing Director, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued growth and development. Following his successful tenure as Group General Manager, Jorden will lead the business into its next phase, with a focus on customer value, organic growth, innovation and operational excellence.
With almost 20 years of experience, Jorden has held senior roles spanning operations, finance, implementation and business transformation. Since joining Paragon, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation, improving operational performance and helping establish the platform for its future growth.
Over the past 18 months, Paragon has invested significantly in its infrastructure, technology, people and capabilities, creating a more digitally enabled, efficient and agile operating model. The business has strengthened its management structure, consolidated core operations, developed its own-brand proposition and invested in a new online ordering portal to improve the customer experience.
Enhancements across warehousing and transport have also delivered stronger on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance, providing customers with greater reliability and service consistency.
As Managing Director, Jorden will focus on translating these stronger foundations into sustainable organic growth and greater customer value, while continuing to develop Paragon’s people, capabilities and market proposition.
