Quality policy

The Quality Policy of PARAGON PRODUCTS (UK) LTD is to supply high quality products and services which consistently meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.

To fulfil this policy we will:

  • Deal with all requests for goods and services promptly.
  • Supply high quality products which are updated with progressive improvements as and when available.
  • Be industry innovators.
  • Despatch goods in sound, well packed condition.
  • Put our customers, staff and community at the heart of everything we do.
  • Set Quality Objectives, consistent with this policy, and measure our performance against them.
  • Ensure that members of staff understand this policy and how they can contribute to meeting the Quality Objectives.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System which is approved to BS EN ISO 9001.
  • Regularly review the performance of the Quality Management System to ensure that it continues to satisfy our needs, the needs of our customers and the requirements of ISO 9001.

Environmental policy

At Paragon we are committed to providing high performance products that are cost effective and considerate to the environment.

We will actively seek to protect the environment through the implementation of measures to minimise the risk of pollution and the elimination of waste.

Any threat of pollution from our work activities or products will be identified and either eliminated, substituted or effectively controlled.

  • Management involvement –Managers and supervisors will ensure that environmental issues are considered when making decisions and planning and controlling work. They will ensure their staff are aware of the environmental policy and are trained and supervised to a level that ensures compliance.
  • Workforce involvement – Employees will be made aware of their individual responsibilities for acting in accordance with the environmental policy.
  • Legal requirements – The Company will comply with all compliance obligations.
  • Energy use – The use of all energy resources will be minimised.
  • Waste Reduction and Recycling – Careful consideration will be given to the elimination or minimisation of waste at source and the recycling or re-use of materials. We will work in partnership with our clients to ensure that products and chemicals are correctly used to minimise waste and to maximise effectiveness. Where possible we will recommend the use of concentrated chemicals that save on transportation and packaging costs. We re-use or recycle all packaging materials whenever possible.
  • Waste Disposal – Disposal and transportation of waste off-site will be carried out with due regard to the environment. Only licensed waste carriers will be used and all transaction records will be kept for audit.
  • Effect on the community – Any of the company’s activities that can affect the local community, will be controlled to the lowest practicable level. We will always consider the impact on the user and the environment when formulating our chemical products.
  • Control – Our environmental management system will comply with ISO14001 requirements and provide the framework to control and monitor our activities and to continually improve our environmental management system and performance.

Our sustainability promise

We are proud to have achieved the standard that holds us accountable for our environmental impact. We will keep improving our sustainability practices. 

We are now closed for the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend, we will reopen on Monday 6th June. Any orders placed during this period will be processed and delivered from then onwards
