Notice of error, damage or shortage must be received using this returns form within 48 hours from receipt of goods.

If you need to return an item or report a shortage, please email the completed returns form to our Paragon House sales team directly at sales@paragongroup.co.uk

It is required to contact Paragon House, Chesterfield team to discuss your return. 

Unrequired goods for credit will only be accepted within 5 days (from receipt of goods) and must be in perfect condition and returned to Paragon House in original packaging at the purchasers cost (we advice using a traceable carrier).

After 5 days there may be a restocking charge applied. 

Unrequired goods are returned at the senders expense and responsibility. 

No goods are accepted for return after 14 days.
